Is life feeling overwhelming?

Are you experiencing low mood, stress, sadness, or is anxiety taking a hold?

Could you benefit from taking some time to explore your thoughts and feelings with an experienced counsellor; an opportunity to talk to a therapist in a calm, safe and non-judgemental environment?

My name is Lucy, I am an Psychotherapeutic Counsellor who uses an integrative approach to counselling. I have experience of working with clients who present with a variety issues. My counselling practice is in Albury, which is within easy reach of Bishops Stortford, Ware, Hertford and Buntingford. I am committed to providing a high standard of counselling that will be personal to you.

I counsel individuals in a one to one setting, on an open-ended or time limited basis. Although I am a therapist based near Bishops Stortford, at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, I undertook training in online/telephone counselling which I have been using to support my work with existing clients, and has helped me greatly in being able to support new clients from various geographical locations. My face to face work remains focused on working therapeutically with clients from Bishop Stortford, Hertford, Ware, Buntingford and the surrounding villages.

My aim is to walk alongside you as you explore your reasons for seeking counselling; helping you to discover healthier ways of being, and work towards a more fulfilled life.

As a counsellor, I am experienced in helping clients in the following areas:

  • Stress
  • Childhood issues
  • Relationship issues
  • Panic Attacks
